When I was younger my parents were very busy people and I often ate take-aways and junk food. No one really put the emphasis of healthy eating in my family. So that is the way my life was up until about a year ago when I turned 21. Nothing helped my acne so I decided to look for alternative medicine. I told myself that I had to get rid of my terrible scars and failing was not an option.
I started looking for information on general well being. If you think about it, I just wanted to be well again and acne is just like any other illness. They always say that to keep your body in shape, healthy eating is the key. So I got rid of all the junk in my diet and amazingly my skin became much clearer. It did not go away completely, but I could see the results. I decided that well if just healthy eating did, what numerous creams could not achieve, it really must be the answer to well being. So I went on searching for diets that are recommended for acne. Soon enough I found an e-book that lined out a complete diet plan for acne and explained in detail, what you should and should not eat. It also included a few tips on what is good to put on your face. I used that method and 8 days later, my skin improved by 60%. Now a year later I can finally enjoy life. I go out much more, everyone compliments me on how I look and for once in my life I am not embarrassed to be me.

How To Stop Bad Habits Easily

Do you know that you can break any bad habit with self-hypnosis? Be it smoking or biting nails. You can also use it as self imrovement. Lose weight,become more confident or improve your public speking skills.
Anything can be achieved with your mind. It is the one most powerful tool that a human has. I would like to share with you how I stopped smoking using a few simple steps.
First of all admit that you have a problem. Sometimes it can be hard to admit that you are actually addicted to something but anyway admit it and let it go.
Second. Do not go running to the pharmacy. Nicotine is a drug. There is no point going to the pharmacy and replacing one drug with another. If you really need a smoke than chew chewing gum instead, that should keep your mind of cigarettes for a while.
Third. It would be a good idea to go away on a break. It does not have to be far, just somewhere peaceful and quiet, away from any shops that sell any kind of tobacco. It would be a good idea to take a relative or friend with you. Make sure that they know you are quitting smoking and will remind you of it.
Fourth. Try to avoid smoky rooms and being with large groups of people who smoke. Try to spend your time in non-smoking environment. If alot of your friends smoke try to avoid hanging around with them for a while. It will not be for long, when you master step five, it should not be a problem to you anymore.
Step Five. This is the most important step, controlling yourself with your mind. You should do a few simple relaxing meditation excercises. Self hypnosis is very useful. The most basic would be: Find a quiet place, where you will not be disturbed for at least 15 minutes. Get into a comfortable position. Relax, slowly count to ten, feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper. Visualize yourself happy, carefree and in harmony. Tell yourself everything you like about you. Remind yourself what a magnificent human being you are. Tell yourself that you are a strong human being and that you can do and achieve anything. Realise that smoking is nothing more but a bad habit and there is no place in your mind or body for it. Let it go. See yourself more energized healthy and happy.
